Tubing Programming / Assembly

Production Direct

Cuts, bends, forms, & checks pipe/tubing to meet the specifications for geothermal units.

$1,500 Signing Bonus!

Qualifications

Good Organization Skills with ability to prioritize workload and meet customer demands
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Excellent attendance and punctuality with the ability to work overtime as needed while being dependable and responsible
Comes to work on time and does not use excessive leave, does not abuse lunch and/or break times
Ability to maintain records accurately
Good housekeeping skills while keeping work area clean & maintained
Ability to handle quality requirements including quality checks and filling out quality paperwork
Good computer skills, including programming, use of mouse, scanner, printer
Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, pre-work screen & meet physical requirements/demands of job including, but not limited to, grip strength, hand coordination, rotational standing, balance, elevated work, repetition, and lifting
Knowledge of CNC equipment and basic computer skills with ablity to use associated software, mouse, scanner, etc.
Noise level is moderate
Position requires being on your feet and standing 95% of the shift while using preferred foot to operate machine

Duties & Responsibilities

Cut and bend pipe tubing to prepare copper using manual and automated equipment
Complete end forms using manual and automated equipment
Punch/Drill holes in tubing to specifications
Inspect/Measure pipe/tubing to meet specifications
Put tubing kits together for specific units (i.e. horizontal units)
Fill out all paperwork required (i.e. quality checklist, etc.)
Maintain clean and organized work area including, but not limited to, floors, garbage's, inventory/storage, etc.
Perform daily maintenance and checks on equipment and make Supervisor/Maintenance aware of any issues/delays
Prepare copper tubing by cutting and bending pipe for production line installation
Use of pipe cutter, drills, various hand-held power tools, etc.
Read blueprints and program CNC machine by typing in numbers from blueprints/orders
