Qualifications for Production Support

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced assembly line environment.

• Willingness to cross-train and perform duties outside of the primary assigned role as needed.

• Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime when required.

• Ability to stand for 9–10 hours per day, 4–5 days per week.

• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and working in various positions throughout the shift.

Duties & Responsibilities for Production Support

• Work in assigned departments as needed to support production demands.
• Cross-train and maintain the ability to perform all positions within designated department(s).
• Uphold quality standards and complete all quality-related functions within assigned areas.
• Create production kits and install pre-cut insulation into geothermal unit panels.
• Insulate cabinet doors, ensuring all components match work orders, are installed correctly, and meet quality expectations.
• Print and apply labels using company labeling systems.
• Accurately complete all required documentation, including quality checklists and production paperwork.
• Perform off-assembly line processes as needed to support workflow efficiency.
• Safely operate equipment such as welders, saws, cut-off wheels, and other production tools as required.
• Run and review production-related reports as assigned.
• Spend approximately 75% of the shift performing insulation and kitting duties.
