Production Support
Qualifications for Production Support
- Demonstrates consistent attendance and reliability.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use a mouse and navigate/open digital files.
- Ability to accurately maintain records and complete required documentation.
- Committed to maintaining a high standard of safety in all work performed.
- Capable of meeting the performance expectations of multiple departments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced assembly line environment.
- Willingness to cross-train and perform duties outside of the primary assigned role as needed.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime when required.
- Ability to stand for 9–10 hours per day, 4–5 days per week.
- Able to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and working in various positions throughout the shift.
Duties & Responsibilities for Production Support
- Work in assigned departments as needed to support production demands.
- Cross-train and maintain the ability to perform all positions within designated department(s).
- Uphold quality standards and complete all quality-related functions within assigned areas.
- Create production kits and install pre-cut insulation into geothermal unit panels.
- Insulate cabinet doors, ensuring all components match work orders, are installed correctly, and meet quality expectations.
- Print and apply labels using company labeling systems.
- Accurately complete all required documentation, including quality checklists and production paperwork.
- Perform off-assembly line processes as needed to support workflow efficiency.
- Safely operate equipment such as welders, saws, cut-off wheels, and other production tools as required.
- Run and review production-related reports as assigned.
- Spend approximately 75% of the shift performing insulation and kitting duties.
