A Unified Control Strategy for Today’s Mechanical Rooms (Dec 18 • 12:00pm – 1:00pm CDT)
Designing an effective control strategy can be challenging. With so many components packed into a mechanical room, it’s easy to end up with a patchwork of controls that don’t work well together. In this session, we’ll explore a control solution that takes a “one control to rule them all” approach.
Learning objectives: – Understand why a 2-wire thermostat can make all the difference in retrofit applications. – Learn how to manage zoning for radiant systems, fan coils, and dampers—all from one zone control system. – See how priorities and lockouts fit into today’s evolving system efficiencies and comfort requirements. – Discover how this control improves IAQ by supporting cyclical air movement. – Explore how app-based tools can make all the difference.
