Project Description

Before this project came into fruition, these homeowners knew they wanted to build their forever home. After research on different types of energy efficient HVAC systems, they decided to include a geothermal heating and cooling unit into their home. After meeting with H&S Geothermal, it was clear a Hydron Module system would be a perfect solution due to its lifespan, 22-25 years (or more), loop lifespan of 100 years plus, and high-efficiency ratings. The homeowners were excited for cost-savings on utility bills, fewer maintenance needs, and the ability to include radiant in-floor heating in the house and garage.

Installation Details

With careful design specifications from the homeowner’s blueprints, H&S Geothermal was able to design the hydronic geothermal heating and cooling system around the home’s features and layout that included radiant in-floor heating in the house and garage, as well as forced air cooling. Along with these energy-saving systems, the homeowners have also installed all LED lighting and a smart home thermostat.
