Warranty options are subject to change depending on the system and agreements at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend discussing the warranty coverage for your specific system with your contractor before installation. After installation, register and double-check your coverage online using the serial number within 60 days of completion. For warranty to be valid, all fields on the warranty registration must be the home or business owner’s accurate information.

Air-to-Water Heat Pump Warranty

The standard warranty for the Advantage air-to-water heat pump includes three years for all parts with seven years for the compressor and a 90 day out-of-the-box assurance.

To purchase this system, licensed heating, cooling, or plumbing contractors with EPA certification must complete the Advantage training courses.

Ground-source (Geothermal) Heat Pump Warranties

Enertech’s ground-source heat pumps offer fantastic comfort at exceptional efficiencies – all with a significantly longer lifespan than traditional HVAC systems. Still, life happens and components are never perfect. That’s why we offer robust warranties.

Residential Warranty Options

10-Year Warranty on All Unit Components
5-Year Labor Allowance Credit: Enertech’s labor allowance is intended to assist in the offset of contractor’s repair costs and may not cover the full amount of labor charged by the servicing contractor. This labor allowance is transferable from the original homeowner to a new homeowner.

Commercial Warranty Options

Commercial warranty options vary depending on the project, but the standard includes coverage on all internal system components for one year. Contact us to find out more and the options for your specific project.

Enertech Air Handlers and Cased “A” Coil Warranty Options

The Standard Residential Warranty

The standard warranty included with Enertech’s DX Series Air Handler and Cased “A” Coil is five years unit parts and five years service labor allowance.

Enertech’s Residential Hydronic Air Handlers

Enertech’s Hydronic Air Handlers and Cased “A” Coils come with a three year parts only warranty, and a 90 day out-of-box assurance.

Additional extended warranty options are available.

Extended Warranty Options For Residential Systems

For the original homeowner, Enertech offers an extended warranty that covers a one-time component replacement of the compressor and all-aluminum microchannel air coil (if applicable) once the 10-year coverage ends. The additional coverage lasts 18 years from the installation date. Ask your installer for more details.

All information on warranty registration must be the homeowner’s accurate information for warranty to be valid.

Enertech’s DIY Policy

Enertech Global and its brand, GeoComfort, do not sell systems, products, and/or accessories directly to homeowners. In order to purchase a product or speak with our Technical Services department, you must be a licensed heating, cooling, and/or plumbing contractor with proper EPA certification. Why? Because our systems may include electrical, refrigerant, and/or water connections. Federal, state, and local codes and regulations apply to installations. Equipment that is installed or serviced improperly can result in system failure and health/safety concerns.

Only licensed heating, cooling, and/or plumbing contractors with proper EPA certification should install, diagnose, or service an Enertech-built heat pump. We don’t offer warranty on equipment if products are purchased via the Internet or installed or serviced by an individual without proper certifications and trainings. Ultimately, we want the users of our systems to remain safe, comfortable, and healthy for many years, and that requires the attention of licensed heating, cooling, and/or plumbing contractors with proper EPA certification.
