Tom Black is a Field Technical Consultant at Enertech aiding technicians and installers with technical support. He has spent the past years installing various models of Enertech equipment and has transitioned into a technical support role helping fellow technicians with training, troubleshooting and controls help. Tom enjoys the challenge of electrical troubleshooting with a focus on Enertech’s Variable speed equipment.
Kipp Westrum
Kipp has been a geothermal advocate since 1987. During this time, he has been involved with installation, servicing, trouble shooting and training technicians about geothermal systems. He enjoys helping the contractor find and fix the problems, along with growing the geothermal industry.
Ryan Eddington
Ryan is the Parts Specialist at Enertech aiding customer service, warranty, technicians, installers and home owners with product and Epic Monitoring support. He spent 9 years diagnosing and repairing various kinds of equipment and has moved into the technical support role helping fellow technicians with troubleshooting, controls, and training. Ryan enjoys learning and working with the new technology of the industry.
