Due to Sandra's profession as an Associate Broker, she’s seen a lot of houses and says she would never live in a house without geothermal. She praises how quiet her geothermal unit is and that despite having 21 ft ceilings, her entire home stays at a comfortable temperature with an even climate throughout. Every home in this community features top-notch appliances and geothermal heating and cooling. The Gardens at Arbor Springs offers luxury, convenience, and efficient homes for its members aged 55+. This active community offers residents easy access to shopping, restaurants, and many activities.
Installation Details
Construction for this development started in 2020. McKinney Builders offers seven different floor plans for The Gardens at Arbor Springs residents. Sandra enjoyed customizing her home and courtyard. Each house is designed and constructed with durability and quality in mind every step. The homes are sprayed with foam insulation, keeping the home extra quiet and insulated. Sandra says in her profession, more and more people know what makes a home well-constructed and won't settle for anything less. She too, appreciates the care the builders put into constructing her home.
