Project Description

When the Sevem family moved into their new house, they found out it had been equipped with an existing geothermal system. Realizing their system needed multiple repairs, they began their research for repair and replacement options. After talking with Hoffmann Brothers - Heating & Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric of Saint Louis, MO, this family decided to upgrade their system equipment. Wanting to take advantage of the benefits of geothermal, it was important they had a highly efficient system that was reliable year-round. Along with the tax credits and utility rebates for their geothermal system, they were able to add flexibility to their saving needs. The Sevem family was able to add IAQ products, and more hot water capacity features to use for their jacuzzi tub that they were not able to include before.
