Territory Manager
Enertech Global, LLC. Founded in 1996 in Greenville, IL, Enertech is a leading manufacturer and distributor of ground source heat pumps for geothermal HVAC applications and air source heat pumps for hydronic and ducted forced-air HVAC applications. Enertech also provides design services and distributes solar PV products. Enertech’s corporate headquarters is located in Greenville, IL with manufacturing in Greenville, IL and Mitchell, SD.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for meeting key corporate goals of profitability and growth in your territory. You will be responsible for servicing and growing existing customers as well as prospecting and growing new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve account and territory plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale.
- Build strategic relationships with industry allies and work trade shows.
- Maintain customer data and submit monthly expense reports.
- Communicate and ensure delivery of all aspects of the Enertech value proposition to customers.
- Assist customers with making product selections based on customer needs, project specifications, and applicable codes or regulations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing day-to-day needs of the account and facilitating positive, long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate industry and product knowledge.
- Strong abilities with building relationships, providing customer service, and managing time.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, negotiating and selling products or services.
- Effective at written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel overnight 2-3 nights per week and occasional weekends.
This is an excellent career opportunity with a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $90,000 per year, plus monthly commissions and annual bonus opportunities. Enertech’s comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
