John Pendleton
John handles all technician trainings and curriculum as well as on-site unit startup, site visits, and warranty issues. He is a 3rd generation HVAC technician with over 25 years in the industry. John enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Jim Cusack
Jim is a certified, IGSHPA accredited, geothermal trainer and installer, and he is the VP of the Minnesota Geothermal Heat Pump Association. Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Chris, and their two dogs, Simon and Schuster.
