Kipp Westrum

Field Technical Consultant

Kipp has been a geothermal advocate since 1987. During this time, he has been involved with installation, servicing, trouble shooting and training technicians about geothermal systems. He enjoys helping the contractor find and fix the problems, along with growing the geothermal industry.

Kirn Wildhaber

Field Technical Consultant

Kirn Wildhaber is the Field Technical Consultant at Enertech, focusing on editing manuals and providing technical support. He has spent much of his time with Enertech in HVAC technical support and design. His role involves connecting with installers and helping the technical support team fulfill publishing, training, and troubleshooting. He holds an IGSHPA Certified Installer Certification and EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Universal certification. Other certifications held by Kirn in his career include NATE Heat Pump Installation and Service.

Mark Tate

Technical Services Manager

Mark Tate is the Technical Services Manager for Enertech Global. His years of experience range through multiple roles in the HVAC industry from R&D lab technician, service technician, plant manager, product manager, to manufacturing engineer. His strong passion for making geothermal attainable for everyone drives his motivation to train our labor force for the future.

Tom Black

Field Technical Consultant

Tom Black is a Field Technical Consultant at Enertech aiding technicians and installers with technical support. He has spent the past years installing various models of Enertech equipment and has transitioned into a technical support role helping fellow technicians with training, troubleshooting and controls help. Tom enjoys the challenge of electrical troubleshooting with a focus on Enertech’s Variable speed equipment.
